Bottarga Esmeralda was founded in Egypt in 2006 with a very fine artisanal product and it was made by finest hands in the Mediterranean in one of its oldest cities Port Saied.

Since 2017 Bottarga Esmeralda started its second line of production in the world's Bottarga Capital in the island of Sardinia Italy were Bottarga is a life style and we added different sizes and variation and Kosher certified.
Now Bottarga Esmeralda is one of the world's leaders.
